Training: Agile Sourcing.
Albert Einstein was not far off whit his Definition of Insanity: “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Yet, we still see this often in our daily IT Sourcing practice. Organizations cling to existing methods and approaches for selecting suppliers and shaping collaboration. Which typically remains difficult. Agile Sourcing brings about the required change.
After this training, you will:
- Recognize the context in which Agile Sourcing is meaningful and also where more traditional forms of Sourcing are better suited;
- Be able to apply the key principles of Agile Sourcing;
- Understand the importance of Time to Value and different ways of selecting suppliers;
- Gain insight into the functioning and benefits of a minimum viable contract;
- Understand that there is more than just ‘partnership or not’ and recognize the different forms of collaboration and their implications for role distribution, governance, and associated behaviors;
- Improve your daily work (and job satisfaction) with several concrete tools and methods that you will learn to use.
The target audience is anyone involved in the preparation or execution of Sourcing, such as:
- Business Managers
- Sourcing Managers
- Contract Managers
- Procurement Managers
- Legal councils
- HR staff
- Service (level) managers
